我朋友的爸爸有高血脂高血压，一直吃国内降压药，听说德国拜耳的降压药好，好像叫拜新同控释片。我代她问问是不是处方药啊？她还听说拜尔德降压药分好多种，请了解的姐妹们赐教，谢谢！

Last Time when my mom came to Germany to visit me, she forgot her blood pressure control pills at home.
We went to Apotheke, but couldnt get any blood control medicine, until a doctor wrote prescription for my dear mom... To get the prescription was quite effort-consuming, the doctor checked mom's blood pressure for 2 days..but he said normally we should track it for 1 week then decide the dose and type..I forgot which brand the pills we got at the end were from, but generally speaking, apothekes are strict with this kind of stuff.

降压药有几十类，每类里又有若干不同的化学成分，同一成分又有可能有大量的仿制药。这些都是处方药，绝大多数在国内都有。

你说的这种药在德国是处方药，我妈一直在吃。需要先到家庭医生那里开处方，一次最多能购买3个月的药量，开处方需要花钱，然后拿着处方到药店购买。我妈迷信德国的药含量比较纯，所以一直是我在德国帮我妈购买。如果不是给自己亲妈买，的确非常的费力。
