招聘岗位：HR department 经理薪水：30K薪水类型：年薪支付周期：月付工作地点：M1 5AN联系人：sisi电话：01612093811邮箱：[email protected]详情HR manager canexpect to be involved in a senior position with responsibility for thefollowing:Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinarians, grievances and sicknessMeasuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvementTraining: Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvementRecruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaignsReward advice and supporting employees on company benefitsPolicy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes Also HR manager’s role to be involved in:Working with senior managers, coaching them and advising on all people issuesDealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skillsCrafting of business and people solutions Theapplicant has:Superb communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory rolesExperience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individualsAbility to build rapport quickly with key members of the executive team.Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.Strong understanding of employment lawHave a UK Bachelor Degree or above or equivalent qualificationA professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individualsMandarin Native and English Fluent
