Housing Description: The room is one of the furnished in a 3b3b townhouse near Metro Gold Line. Furniture can be provided (mattress, desk, chair). Garage parking included (if you choose street parking, $75 will be deducted from your rent) and community swimming pool and hot tub access. The neighborhood is very clean, safe and convenient, adjacent to 99 Ranch, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, restaurants, banks and so many places including Westfield Santa Anita Mall, Santa Anita Race Track, Police Department, City Hall, Fire Department and Methodist Hospital. Room is available now. Your contract is month to month.Who we are: We are a gay couple with a big cutest ever labrador retriever. Friend over roommate would be awesome but you can just relax on your own. We are friendly and down to earth. One full-time student w/ remote PT job and one full-time employment.About you: Ideally you are 1. a big lover for our dog! 2. Covid Cautious 3. Full-time student (online classes during Covid) or Full-time worker (remote or less perilous daily job setting). 4. Financially stable. 5.
