Can not make money. The reason I am doing this like consultant .l lost time and money and brought angry due to I did not know.then when I become landlord I lost $7000-$8000.even I am realtor.then I spend time to study. Yes buy books and spend time to study then also excerise. that is reason. Then I will let me loss as much as I can.you also you can do it.also I spent time to study repair auto.now I save a lot of money.yes if you still continue to study then you will save money and make a good money.
