Humans have 3 million years of history in this world. In this long time, we have finished and invented a lot of amazing things: The Great Wall, nuclear energy, spaceships…. These all show our crystallization of wisdom. Society was a way to let everyone’s wisdom and power gather together, different social forms apply to different countries and different cultures. However, there are pros and cons that exist in these social forms. Now I think we should find the best social form to apply to the future. The "best government form" in my mind is let everyone live a normal life (three meals a day, no worry about water, electricity, normal wages and entertainment). Because just letting the upper class people feel comfortable is unfair to the people at the bottom of the society. Making the overall society’s sense of well-being is the real “best form of government”. I think the different size of a country should use a different type of social form. Because population and culture will influence people’s satisfaction. Now I divide the world into two type of countries- the big ones and the small ones. Because the difference in territory and population will lead to some difficulties in governance, we have to improve the government structure and shape based on these two data. Big countries should promote democratization and separation of powers; there is some advantage for this. Big countries have huge size land. Different parts of land have different environments that will influence people’s normal lives and income. For example: some people live near the sea and some near the desert. The desert does not have enough water and it is not suitable for farming. Thus desert residents will be poorer than coastal residents. Cities and the economy will also develop slower than other areas. People will have a lot of suggestions, because they live in the hardest place; they know which things are necessary and they know which things they need others to help with. The democratized government can satisfy these people’s claims; it can Improve everyone's happiness. And separation of powers will not let the power of one part of the government be too large or too small. It can restrict power Democratized government is made up of multiple parties; it can better monitor the government and make the country more powerful. If the ruling party does not do well enough, then they will lose their advantage in the next presidential campaign. This advantage can be reflected in China. China is a communist country, thus there is just one party in this country. No one can supervise official behavior; that’s why there is lots of corruption, and abuse of power in China. We even have anti-corruption organizations, but it’s not useful, because corruption happens everywhere, even in anti-corruption organizations. Continuous rotation of the ruling party can allow the next ruling party to learn lessons and experience from the shortcomings of the previous government. A few days ago, I finished a book--“1984”, an anti-utopia book. After finishing this book I understand the shortcomings of one-party independence. If the leader of the ruling party is cruel and wants to control everything, he will launch many inhumane and unfair policies. To prevent anyone from opposing his rule, he will take many cruel measures such as torture, ideological police, brainwashing of children, and destruction. Books.....it is the same as Big Brother in “1984”. You probably will think just away from ideological police there can be freedom of speech and freedom of thought. Sorry, you are wrong, the ideological police are everywhere, even the people you trust most may be the Ideological police. But the scariest thing is brainwashing. It will make innocent and lovely children become the most powerful tool of the ruling party. In “1984”, a pair of brothers and sisters handed their fathers to the ideological police. The reason why their father was arrested was simply his words of disrespect to the ruling party. However, there are some shortcomings in democratized government. “Which party or who can have right to manage military power” is the most important aspect to deal with. In this world, if you have absolute power, you can control everything, such as resources, country, land, water…..The cooperation between political parties and political parties cannot be easy，and there will be animosity between them. At this moment, the military becomes a double-edged sword; it can protect this country or can become a party’s killing tool，to help this party to destroy their enemies（other political parties). So we should find some way to solve this problem, I think the best idea was rebuilding the military department. Choose those people who do not belong to any political parties to become officials of the military . This decision may lead to a decline in the military power of the country, but this is always better than the division of the country. If the government wants to launch a military operation, it must pass the vote of the Senate and the House of Representatives. (The United States is ahead of other countries in this part.) Another shortcoming was “recovering division of territory.” Some countries were divided by other countries’ military power or civil war a few years ago and many times before. If those division territories have independent governments it is hard to recover it. It’s the same as the relationship between China and Taiwan. China and Taiwan both have the independent government, and their government systems are so different（democratized and communism). If they want to be unified, one party must make sacrifices and disband their government because their government systems are different. For the small countries, centralization and one-party independence are more suitable for them, because the territory of these countries is not large. Centralization of power can make these countries more cohesive. There are some advantages with centralization. In one-party independence, the country can quickly integrate the country's human and material resources and carry out large-scale construction. Centralized governments can also protect social stability more quickly and effectively. In the face of serious natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, droughts, and floods, they can also respond quickly and mobilize supplies throughout the country for support. With a one-party independent government it is easier to get consensus and implement policies. However, the shortcomings for the one-party independence and centralization appear, because you just have one ruling party in this country. Thus if this ruling party’s officials and government make some mistake, no one has the right to stop and to warn them. It is the same as Germany on the eve of the Second World War because Hitler’s ambition and his dictatorial government pulled Germany into an endless war abyss. Now, North Korea is repeating the same mistakes. Kim Jong-un is like an emperor. He made the wrong decision, and no one dared to protest. However, I think that any form of government and system are all good. Different types just mean they are good in different eras, because I believe things exist in this world have its reason. Same as dictatorial government good applies to the war times. But now we should let our government create a better world.
