本人持有10年绿卡，计划未来2年不回美，想办理回美证，但是搞不懂是如何办理，希望能给个详细的办理程序，我这样的情况需要准备那些资料，是自己寄资料过去，还是要找人代办呢？希望有热心人士指点一下！

Because you are the green card holder, thus you can apply for Re-entry Permit using the form I-131--do it by yourself. After you file this application you need to do the fingerprint inside the USA (40 days after filing), then 3 months more you will get a book called Travel Document--this is "Hui Mei Zhen". This book will be valid for 2 years.
