我的白卡一年后转绿卡，移民局绿卡寄出后我一直没有收到，多次去信查询，说我的绿卡早已经寄出，去邮局查说时间太久查不出来了。最近回信I-797C要我填寄I-90表，并付$450美金。其中80元是指膜费。我按要求寄出后，却被退了回来，回信内容： recently,you submitted an application benefits. that form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application. your check is being returned to you with this notice. No aIf you havedditional action by you is required at this time. please be sure to complete the application fully,submit the appropriate fees,and include all required supporting documentation. If you have questions about possible immigration benefits and services,filing information,or USCIS forms,please call the USCIS National custvice Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283. If you have any questions or comments regarding this notice or the status of your case,please contact our customer service number. you will be notified separately about any other case you may have filed. 请高手帮忙翻译并指点一二，有谁碰到过类似事情吗？请多多指教。盼望尽快顺利拿到绿卡！

你第一次申请绿卡但是由于各种原因没收到，移民局没算你自己弄丢，所以不收你费用了。。。建议你申请绿卡期间不要随便搬家，，，收件地址要明确能收到信函。。。
