这几句的大概意思是：你的案子正在处理中，目前你还不需要在做什么，面谈结果将会邮寄给你。在这个等待期间，如果你需要延期你的工卡，你需要再申请工卡就行。这份信证明了移民局已经受理了你申请。所以你现在就安心的等待吧。如有没有要求任何补件的话，应该没问题。祝愿好运！

是因为以前申请的有一部分相关材料没有归档，要等待材料全部收齐后才会有决定。如果45天以后没有消息，可以预约一个INFOPASS。
