加拿大华人论坛 美国留学移民什么时候可以开始申请正式绿卡？

请问我今年四月才拿到有条件绿卡有效期为两年，但是下个结婚就满两周年了。我在移民局的网站上看到“You and your spouse must apply together to remove the conditions on your residence by filing Form I-751. You should apply during the 90 days before your second anniversary as a conditional resident. The expiration date on your green card is also the date of your second anniversary as a conditional resident.”所以我现在很confuse 到底是要等有条件绿卡满两年还是现在就可以开始申请正式绿卡了？

以条件绿卡上的日期为准，两年（可以提前90天）递交I-751申请去除条件。
