请教LUCY及其他高手前辈 我是去年面谈通过的 现在满1年多了 开始自己DIY申请绿卡 在填485表的时候出现了3个有疑问的地方 还请不吝指教 谢谢： 1. 在part 8 第25项目中 Have you ever been arrested cited charged or detained for any reason by any law enforcement official(including but not limited to any u.s.immigration official or any official of the u.s.armed forces or u.s.coast guard)? yes? no? 这个我不知道是选yes 还是 no 因为面谈的时候有提到在国内被逮捕过 2.第64项目中 Have you ever submitted fraudulent or counterfeit documentation to any u.s.goverment official to obtain or attempt to obtain any immigration benefit including a visa or entry into the united states? yes? no? 这个也不知道是选yes 还是 no 因为同样的 在获得签证的时候隐瞒了自己被国内警察逮捕过的情况3.在65项目中 Have you ever lied about concealed or misrepresented any information on an application or petition to obtain a visa other documentation required for entry into the united states admission to the united states or any other kind of immigration benefit? yes? no? 这个也不知道选yes还是no 请lucy及各位高手帮忙指点一下 谢谢 祝各位在美国拥有美好美丽的一天
