我与美国公民老公结婚时我儿子已经满十八岁了现在我已经拿到了两年的临时绿卡我老公可以为我儿子（继子）申请绿卡吗？我儿子目前二十岁持学生签证在美国怎样才能让我儿子快一点转换绿卡身分？我儿子等待身分时可以黑掉身分吗？谢谢～感恩

For example, I have a client whose Case # is WAC1090213894(this case was approved on Feb 25, 2011 and filed on August 17, 2010), the approval notice shows that " Unmarried Child (under age 21) of US Citizen. US CIS uses the words "under age 21". He was born on Jan 20, 1990 and the petitioner is his stepfather who is the US citizen. Immigration Law is very special, we usually say it is practising law, such as US CIS says that if some one without status in the USA for 6 months he could not enter the USA for three years or without status 1 year, then 10 years, thus, without status in the USA can not adjust status in the USA, however, a lot of people without status for several years they still do the adjusment successfully in the USA by marriaed cases.Thus, I always tell my clients: Please just try or you loss the chances, why not try it.
