我是在婚姻绿卡到期前三个月邮的申请，一个星期过后，收到了收据，接下来应该是打指膜，但是一个月过去了，还没有接到通知，我就往移民局打了个电话，他们给我一个号码，说再等10--15天，如果再没消息再给他们打电话，等了半个月后还是没消息，今天又打电话，说我的case在pending中，还让我再待上半个月，看看有没有消息。我问她可不可以约inforpass，她说可以，这个inforpass有帮助吗？谁能指导一下？

What's your application? I-751? I-751 application, the fingerprint notice will come to you very soon, usually within 40 days. If you did not receive the Fingerprint Notice, with the infopass, you could make an appointment to check whether the letter of the Notice was mailed to you or not, but you could not ask the local US CIS officer to give you a notice for I-751 application (Asylum case is OK here). So, it is good for you to do so.

For the N-400 application, do the same as the I-751 application--Now the N-400 applications are much than before, by November 2011, the US CIS adds the big room--#8509 Office for the N-400 interview (before this, they only have Base 1 floor for the intervew) which means they have too many cases now, so don't worry about that--it need more time to get fingerprint notice now.

目前是节假日期间，进程会慢一些。过了这段时间会好一点儿。入籍目前移民局官网说的是5个月的审理时间。估计节假日INFOPASS也帮不了多少忙。安心过节吧！
