非常难受，美籍先生7号凌晨心梗突然过世，很是难受。我们的情况如下：我们只有联合账户，共同的汽车保险，车主是先生，没有共同财产。房租合约是我的名字（他破产后信用不好），水电煤电视账单地址是我们租住地址，是他的名字。临时绿卡申请时，已经通过2次面试3月我将要报税，3个人的名字，先生丶我和女儿请问：在今年12月申请永久绿卡时会有影响吗？我们需要准备哪些资料？

The application is I-751 which needs two people sign the form, if your husband died, that means he could not sign the form. However, under this kind of condition, you could file the application without your husband's signature--as your husband died, your marriage history is already over two years--which means under this condition, you could file this application by yourself.
