call immigratio service phone number 1-800-375-5283 follow the instructions then press 1, follow the instructions then press 1, follow the instructions then press 1, follow the instructions then press 6, follow the instructions then press 1, after then stay on the line, you might need to wait 20mins or more, I hope it could help you, good luck!
