律师回复如下：It is risky to enter the USA on a B-2 tourist visa, marry, then apply to adjust status. It is possible, but there is always a risk that you will be put into deportation proceedings and removed from the USA. This is very difficult for the couple.A better approach is to apply for the K-1 fiancee visa. This is what the USCIS and Dept. of State expects foreign fiancees to do. To use the B-2 is considered an abuse of the visa.If you try to adjust from B-2, you might be arrested and placed in immigration jail and then be required to appear before an immigration judge. We can still try to adjust your status while you are in deportation proceedings, but you may be forced to leave and apply for an immigrant visa overseas. So while it is possible to adjust from B-2, there is risk you must be aware of.
