We are a fast growing Web Design and Internet Marketingagency located in the City of Industry. We are seeking a talented andexperienced Web Designer to join our team. Since 2002, we have built over 1,000websites for clients of all sizes around the world. We now primarily focus onB2B and B2C e-commerce websites for mid to large size businesses.If you are looking for a fun yet fast paced workenvironment, and meet the requirements below, we'd love to hear from you. Please make sure you meet ALL REQUIREMENTS aswe will not consider candidates with anything less than what we are lookingfor.Responsibilities*Work w/ new clients to develop website concepts based ontheir design requirements*Create mock-ups, wireframes, website layout and customgraphics for both full-scale and mobile websites*Design effective user interfaces using the most current UIand UX standards and best practices*Create and maintain a standard for UI design*Work with project management and development team tocomplete projects on schedule and make sure deliverables are met*Discover and learn design related skills and technologies,and train other team members as needed*Work w/ development team to make sure completed websitehave met the design specifications.Performa QA and troubleshooting on cosmetic issues so website are"pixel perfect" before final delivery to clients.*Design and maintain our corporate website, Facebook andother social media pages, and marketing collateral such as brochures, print adsand flyers, business cards, etc.MUST HAVE Skills& Requirements*At least 5 or more years of web design experience*At least 2 year of responsive design experience*Strong portfolio of previous web design projects*Expert at custom graphic illustration*Excellent written & verbal communication skills*Attention to pixel perfect detail*Be able to effective translate clients' requirements intodesign & concept*In-depth knowledge of UI design best practices*Can successfully handle multiple concurrent projects w/tight deadlinesNICE TO HAVE Skills& Requirements*Photography & Videography*Bi-lingual: English & Mandarin Chinese*Prior experience w/ art direction and/or production*Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Ajax*Project management experienceJob Details• Location in the City of Industry, CA• Hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM• This is a full time, contract to hire position• Pay rate: Competitive Salary Bonuses• Full benefits available after becoming permanentInterested candidates MUST send email to [email protected] with a COVERLETTER, RESUME AND PORTFOLIO.
