BMKP INNOVATION & INCUBATOR CENTER Title: Office Sharing\ Workplace\ Workshop Sharing2221 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306Let's Innovate TogetherWhether you are in search of an industry partner committed to helping you advance your mission, or a R&D group with entrepreneurial spirit who can share our commitment to solving problems, we invite you to join our BMKP Innovation and incubator Center.We’d like to share our office with you, and if your project does not function well, joining BMKP Group can be the second choice.Requirements for Your Group1.Projects must be relevant to mapping, block chain, intelligent payment, AI and etc..2.With startup spirit.3.Business Plan of your project is a must.4.You must be responsive to our demands for part of development and testing tasks, and you are supposed to share optimization tasks of our overseas service and the full scene shifting work of APP. The previous mentioned are deemed to be the exchange for the preferential rent.Costs1.The rent depends on your business plan towards the relevancy rate between your project and BMKP, with varying relevant ranks. 2.Parking fee is on your own. There is a lager parking lot near the office.Notes1. The contract will last 3-6 months.2.
