I have been engaged in the preschool education since 2011. I set up two home-style child care centers in China, one in 2012, and the other in 2019. For the past nearly one decade, I spent a lot of time with the kids aging from 1 to 5. I have deep feeling with them and they treat me like friend. I am a mother, raising my son myself. The most important element to do kid-related things is love, as love is the precious gift Jesus give us. Every life is unique and deserves to be himself. Freedom, confidence, self-esteem and independence, is what I wish the kid to attain in the growing up time. Daily life is the best for the kids to obtain abilities and thoughts to the world. I like nature, multiple cultures, and cooking, and would like to bring the kids diverse experiences. I am looking a job relevant with kids, no matter baby-sitting or home teaching, better full time. I will make any efforts to do my job well, kind, responsible and trustful. I am looking forward to having the chance to get along with kids. 我于2011年开始从事学龄前教育工作，于2012年创设了以蒙特梭利教育为特色的儿童之家。在之后的教育实践中，不管是作为母亲还是作为教师，我更深刻地意识到，教育是为了让每个独一无二的生命都保有他自己，去感知与认识自己，寻获生命前行的方向。我渐渐摒弃了以单一教育理念为实践方针的做法。教育是为了更好的生活。我开始把眼界拓宽到更广阔的领域，自然教育，奥尔夫，心理学，传统文化……2019年初，创立了第二个以生活为教育重心的儿童之家。我和孩子们一起种植，一起烹饪，一起了解和感受节气，呤诵诗词，一起探索和感受自然的多样变换，在生活的丰富与真实中坚定自己。 我知道自己热爱也很适合从事与儿童相关的职业，希望能够在美国继续我热爱的事业，期待能够有机会在您孩子的成长路上陪伴一程。
