Now, 99 Ranch Market is hiring Tech Support. 99 Ranch Market is one of the largest Asian supermarket chains in the United States. We have store locations in California, Nevada, Texas, Washington, Oregon, Maryland, New Jersey and more to come! We are passionate and honored to be shaping the Asian Supermarket culture within the grocery industry. As 99 Ranch Market expends, we have new positions open. We welcome new members to grow alongside the family. Responsibilities: - Provide fundamental tech support to both on-site and remote cooperate employees. - Procure, install and configure terminals, laptops, phones, and other common technology and devices for new and existing employees. - Demonstrate the ability to interact professionally and provide simple instruction to non-technical people. - Document all support interactions and keep them organized. - Maintain a detailed record of IT assets in the inventory. - Support IT team for system upgrade and maintenance. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Associate degree or above in Information systems or related fields. - 1-2 years of working experience in IT support or related roles. - Working knowledge of some information systems software. - Strong communication skills and self-motivated. - Able to work independently under the least supervision. - Able to multitask and focus on details - Fluent in English and Chinese is highly preferred. - Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
