I am currently pregnant and would like to move in to my new house before the birth of my child.Anyone know how long does it take from making an offer to actually moving in on average?

回复: How long does it take to buy a house?Usually there are a few steps:Make an offer->negotiate the offer->accept the offer-> conditional period->firm agreement->lawyer's undertaken/mortgate->close the deal (move in)Practcally 1 month to 3month. Of course, 2 weeks is not impossible.
