跟房产经纪签的代理合同到期后,HOLDOVER PERIOD可以自己去买私售房吗?或者是叫其他经纪下OFFER会有什么后果呢?望专业人士或有经验的TX指教!

回复: 关于HOLDOVER PERIOD的疑问The buyer agrees to pay the brokerage such commission if the buyer enters into an agreement within 60 days after the expiration of this agreement to purchase or lease any real property shown or introduced to the buyer from any source whatsoever during the term of this agreement,provided,however, that if the buyer enters into a new buyer representation agreement with another registered real estate brokerage after the expiration of this agreement, the buyer's liability to pay commission to the brokerage shall be reduced by the amout paid to the other brokerage under the new agreement. 上面是合同上的条款,红字部分是不是说只要房子是在合同期内放出来,就算他没有给我介绍过,只要成交了也要给他经纪费?如果签了新的经纪如果是收相同的经纪费的话,他就收不了,如果新经纪收少点,他就收那个差额,是这个意思吗? 对于是在HOLD OVER PERIOD才挂出来的房子,无论我私买或者找其他经济都与原来经纪无关了吧?
