That's the way Mattamy build communities. Double/Single garage detaches in-between for maximum number of properties.Double car garage SFH in Bercey goes for 700k+ BTW.

三月三十日抵达卡尔加里.回复: Want to prepar offer, please give advice for this house in Markham我们家买房，定下价格、房型等等一大堆要求以后，我们只看满足要求的房子，然后要不要买，就看自己心里的感觉了，去社区走一走，室内逛一圈，想不想以此为家，基本就定下来了。客观+主观，换了几次房子，都居住的很愉快。 当然，我家是基督徒，不相信风水，同时也不懂投资，全家住得舒服最重要，所以少了很多考虑因素呢。 祝福你们找到一个舒适的家呢。
