多少悲剧多少爱.....回复: 准备出手买房了！关于新移民的优惠有些糊涂谁给说说？买房从来就没有新旧移民公民之分别，钱第一。第一次买新房自居，政府扶贫公寓可以有10%折扣，但这些公寓大都是旧厂房改建，装修低端，还指定贷款银行，以后出售条条框框很多。
