Investors Group宣称可为客户提供3年浮动关闭利息1.99%，很诱人。我最近也在关注mortgage，跟几个大银行谈了。金融机构的利率比银行低不少。但我没搞清楚相比银行，风险何在？周围的朋友都说有风险，但都说不清楚。明白人给解释一下，为啥金融机构利率这么低，但绝大多数人还是找银行借。

借钱有啥风险?INVESTORS 也是大公司, 只是要弄清楚贷款条件条款就行了 , 比如1.99的可能是25年的还款期, 银行的大多是30年..还有PRESIDENT CHOICE, MANULIFE等大公司都借贷,人们从5大银行借, 是因为随时可以找到当面办事.

我前不久做的是2.6，也是金融公司。没想到现在1.99，真是变化快。这里市场很成熟，差异不会很大。
