请教各位,我是符合第一次购房(BC省)property transfer tax exemption(full amount)的,但是当时Notary没有给我做claim,那么交了这个税后,之后我还可以个人去申请claim或者return吗,还需要通过Notary吗,什么程序?谢谢!!
