我看的是西温，北温，Richmond， Burnaby，比较贵的房子，但300万以下的。以前也是中国人炒作的热点。现在没人买了。其实，新政前已经都卖不出去了，看看好多房子都是挂了3个月还没卖出去。这说明现在大家的期望已经变了，觉得没的涨了，要跌了，没人入市了。投机者也觉的风向不对了，赶紧把房子挂出来卖，免得被套。这就造成了需求减少，库存增加。如果再这样持续一阵子，价格还得降，直到降到等待入市的人觉得差不多了，风险小了，才会有些需求。但怎么着也得降个30%，回到去年的水平。

小青 说:估计降不到30%,我是说成交价普降。如果真普跌30%，马上就有新的浪潮盖过来。点击展开...什么浪潮？本地人的支撑力就这么点，掀不起浪潮。浪潮都是中国人外加一些港台人士掀起来的。现在国内已经铺天盖地温哥华房地产崩盘的新闻。不管是真是假，起码吓跑了一堆土豪。世界那么大，人家有的是地方去。加上美元升值。基本都往美国跑了。温哥华的房地产神话，也差不多到头了。
