GreaterFool 大傻的温哥华房市分析站 First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. 超赞 赏 hooky player 0$(VIP 0) 4892013-02-16#5 回复: 列治文地产经纪James Wong: 2013 新年不见任何"小阳春"踪迹感觉上加拿大政府已经在做准备了我一直感觉加拿大的房市不会垮,特别是温哥华的,为什么呢,因为中国人加拿大政府,银行加大贷款难度了,但对于在中国的富商来说,这没有任何意义。再加上现在中国新一届领导人开始反腐,国内抛售房子的体制内人员成堆成堆的,他们的钱也不可能存进银行的,放家里? 肯定是在国外买房子,,有这批人,起码温哥华的房市就不会太差如果房市开始不景气,加拿大政府甚至可以放出风来,说打算在2016年开始限制外来人口买物业,那起码在2016年之前,房市都是能撑住的现在的问题是,美国的房价,,比加拿大低多了,,如果是投资的话,真心去美国买房了,我认识的几个人,包括我亲戚,都去美国买房子了,然后装修出租,回本会比较快 (我们不讨论他们到底是否会如愿赚到钱,但起码这个趋势是明显的,炒房团已经开始远离加拿大了)
