我家的宝宝有办过家庭团聚移民或者知道的么？我的问题1。需要我出具什么？在加一年的工作收入证明？2。我的妹妹一家人可不可以申请团聚？如何办？3。我太太的姐姐和弟弟可不可以申请团聚？如何办？父母的我觉得目前的形势也就是办旅游或探亲访友过来玩乐，团聚的申请时间太长点击展开...1、需要提供的材料非常多。上一年度的收入证明当然要(以税务局给你的收据为准)2、你妹妹(如果我没记错，要22岁以下单身)，可以做为家庭成员被你担保。但是如果你妹妹已经结婚，或者年龄超过了，就不行了。3、如果你太太的姐姐和弟弟未婚，在法律规定的年龄范围内，你太太可以作为主sponsor，你作为副sponsor，担保你太太家人的家庭团聚移民。家庭团聚移民是指：直系亲属。例如你的父母，你的兄弟姐妹(未独立生活或者残疾需要终生照顾)，你的未独立生活的子女，你的配偶(被担保人)，你的配偶(被担保人)的未独立生活的子女。有人曾经用这种方法，把已经独立生活的兄弟姐妹担保到国外。方法就是：申请父母团聚移民，然后父母到达加拿大一定时期后，你的父母申请子女(你的兄弟姐妹)团聚移民。不过，此过程长达十年。同时，请注意，如果你申请父母、兄弟姐妹团聚移民，法律对你的年收入有严格的规定(以每年的税表为准)，达不到，就不用指望。我见到的一个申请父母和弟弟(未满22岁，在校大学生)成功团聚移民的朋友，其年收入超过30000加币，接近40000。同时做三份工(时薪10-15元)，没日没夜的上班，连续三年。具体法律规定，你可以去移民局咨询。我的回答不一定正确。

看来最简单的方法就是办旅游，或者探亲访友过来玩一玩，呵呵 点击展开...办旅游 谁都可以来加拿大。但办探亲访友对于每个人来说也只能办父母或配偶或法律上归自己抚养的未成年人来加拿大。 现在申请父母来探亲的也不是全能签成，不够条件拒签的很多啦。
