请问担保成功后几个月，收到香港使馆要求的三份东西。1.是5张相片2.Notarized written consent from your parent ( mother : tan XX) to your removing from PRC to Canada for permanent immigration. This written consent must be notarized and must state the full name and PRC identity card number of the parent giving consent. The notarized consent must be accompanied by a copy of the front and back of the PRC identity card of the person giving consent.3.Proof of your current custody arrangement. 请问2和3两份文件如果做，是否都要公证？有没有指定的格式？第二份是不是就等于：SEPARATION DECLARATION FOR MINORS TRAVELLING TO CANADA???请求帮助！！！
