大家有没有注意到，和旧版本相比，3903上规定现在户口本的全本不用公证了，只是提交全本复印件和翻译件，那就是说，现在不用公证户口本，可以省点银子了！

回复: 发现IMM3903的新变化似乎真的是这样！！Send originals of the police certificates and forms listed in items 1 to 7 below. Send photocopies only of all other documents, unless instructed otherwise. If your documents are not in English or French, include an accurate translation witha copy of the originals. Failure to do so could result in substantial processing delays.
