请问各位, 我最近在申请我夫人过来,在专门针对中国申请者的APPLICATION form中．加拿大需要一份Non accompanying family members declaration（表格地址http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3903e.pdf (item 9)) 上面说：============If you have family member who do not intend to emigrate canada with you, you must submit with your application a notarized statutory declaration with your application1. identifying these family members and their relationship to you.2. stating your intention to proceed to canada without them and,3. indicating whether or not you wish these persons to retain eligibility to be sponsored by you once you have settled in canada.============请问各位过来人这是什么公证啊？怎么公证啊？谢谢 ！
