国内的一方需要办理4个公证， 出生， 婚姻， 无犯罪，和户口。 是否只要去公证处办理这4个中英文的公证就可以吧？因为看到有的网友说， 这些公证都要复印件， 还要办理复印件的公证。 这需要吗？谢谢。
