您好 看了您的帖子，很有收获。但是我还有几个问题想请教您一下先简单自我介绍下，我本人目前在韩国工作，已经有4年了，现在想移民去加拿大（老公是加拿大公民）。1）我听说在第三国停留时间超过三个月的话就需要那个国家的无犯罪记录证明，我想请问下，这个无犯罪记录证明是不是在韩国的任何一个警察局都能开呀？开出来是韩文的，需要翻译成英文+公证或者中国大使馆认证吗？2）我在中国的无犯罪记录证明需要在韩国的中国大使馆开吗？还是要回到我在中国的户籍所在地开？ 也需要需要翻译成英文+公证吗？以上两个是否在递交的时候要交原件（韩文+中文）呢？或者是翻译证件及公证证件？3） 我想在2月份申请团聚移民， 请问护照需要什么时候递交上去。如果在申请期间我需要护照的话，可以再申请借出吗？（工作原因，海外出差比较多）

Please note that all police certificates must indicate that all records have been searched, including any lapsed records.
