HK面试失败,,上诉后要上庭,,但收到传真说不用上庭,法官信中表示相信,听讲是OPEN FILE,哪还要等还是怎么办???HK还会安排面试吗？the minister therefore consents to the appeal.given the consent the minister does not intend to appear for the scheduled hearing on XX XXXX 2011哪代表OK吗？
