请问 5490表最后的 interpreter declaration 要不要填写。（填我协助做的翻译）。我有没有资格作为翻译？ 如果填写的话，上面一栏 I, ....,solemnly declare...正楷填写我（翻译）的名字，下面是我签字是吗？ 因为其他表格上面我填了，我老婆（被担保人）英法语都不懂

2011.11月14日签收，12年1月17日DM1， 2月6日HKAR，4月24日IP，4月27日DM2，5月15日大信封。已经登陆回复: 请问 5490表最后的 interpreter declaration追问：可是这一栏写的是：This section must be fully completed if an interpreter assisted you in the preparaton of this form.我老婆（被担保人）英法语都不懂（其他的表格上有写），那是不是就是必须有人帮助她翻译的啊？这样想的话又似乎应该填。
