补护信上有一句 Please ensure your complete application number, name and address in Chinese characters is included with your correspondence and address your correspondence to the Embassy at the address indicated below.为什么还需要额外写application number, name and address in Chinese characters？FN和名字不是在那个pdf file上吗？ 地址不是写在EMS单上吗？
