加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民夫妻团聚中关于家庭成员数量的问题

本人现在正准备办理夫妻境外团聚，老婆是担保人。老婆和孩子已经在加拿大定居并递交了入籍申请，现在我在填写IMM0008表格第3个问题：How many family members,including you,are in this application?时，应该填写1个人（我本人）还是填写2个人（我本人和孩子）？ 申请指南里要求是：indicate the total number of family members included in your application, this includes yourself and any family members, regardless of whether they intend to accompany you to Canada or not. 从要求来看，应该是填写我和孩子2个人（我老婆是担保人，应该不用填），但孩子已经是永久居民，还需要填写吗？ 求大神解答，多谢

The other thing to notice is that to make sure when your wife and your child applied for their PR, they have listed you as the "non-accompanying family number", otherwise they can't sponsor you...not for ever.

The other thing to notice is that to make sure when your wife and your child applied for their PR, they have listed you as the "non-accompanying family number", otherwise they can't sponsor you...not for ever.点击展开...多谢你的回答，我自己琢磨了一下，觉得也应该填1个人，在IMM0008表中Dependents项下，也只要求填写除公民和PR外的家庭成员，所以我觉得应该是不用填写孩子的信息。 另外，我和老婆是分别申请技术移民的，我申请在先，短登后回国结婚，然后因为我人不在加拿大，所以没法担保她，她就申请的技术移民，在她获批签证的时候，我的枫叶卡还在有效期内，因此她也没把我列为non-accompanying family member, 后来我因为居住时间的原因失去身份，现在准备重新申请团聚过去定居。这样的话，当时没有把我列进去会不会构成一个障碍？ 多谢
