老公收到mail要求补件，我看意思是这表格要他签名，可不是我填的表吗？求解，谢谢 • You must provide a completed and signed Sponsored Spouse/Partner Questionnaire (IMM5490) for the Principal Applicant. Refer to the CIC Website at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp for further instructions.

查查看是不是信息填的不完整呢？这个确实不需要sponsor签名的。另外，想请教个问题申请夫妻团聚付费时应该选哪个？1.Family Class (spouse or common-law partner, parents, grandparents, adopted children and other member of family)2.Spouse and Common-Law Partner in Canada Class如果是境外申请是选1吗？另外付费时填信用卡信息，有信用卡有效期之类的信息，还有address、邮编。请问地址和邮编是自己住址还是办信用卡的地址？这个信息关键吗？会不会造成交易失败？谢谢
