This must be received at this office by: 2015/04/25信的意思是我的父母，我和我老公都要体检，但是给北京的体检中心打电话，他们说体检必须选一项目的，我父母去体检的目的不是 visit study work ，但是也不能算是团聚移民（他们不过来），体检中心的人不知道怎么选 还是说目的不重要，只要有体检就可以， 同一份体检可以用来申请超级签证，或者作为我的family member的团聚申请？

你父母应该不用体检吧，family member的定义里不包括你的父母吧。Definition of family memberFamily members include your spouse or common-law partner and dependent children.应该是夫妻双方和小孩（如有）必须体检。以上是我的看法，不一定对，为了避免误导楼主。大家可以一起来讨论下。
