表格IMM0008最后更新版是2016年8月，新表格多了一个section叫dependent,然后写着you must include your spouse or common-law partner， 。 貌似要多添一遍sponsor信息，instruction guide是这么写的Remember that all questions in this section are about your dependant. You must include your spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all of your dependent children, and those of your spouse or common-law partner, who are not already permanent residents or Canadian citizens. 所以需要再添一遍sponsor的信息？其中加拿大公民有National Identity document number么，是啥呢？还有表格的最上方第三个问题-How many family members, including you, are in this application(See instructions guide)? - 所以就是2？sponsor 和applicant?谢谢

你都已经自问自答了.第二个那个号码是美加双国籍的美国人有的一个号码，不是必填项目。
