谢谢大神们解答。我旅游签证3月30日到期，按规定要提前一个月申请签证延期。如果我3月30号之前递交了境内夫妻团聚申请，同时申请开放工签，算是非法拘留么？这样2月底可以先不申请EXTEND STAY 么？

You can’t sponsor someone if you’re a permanent resident living outside Canada

ELLENMA 说:这个新冠的延长拘留批下来也是最长180天么？因为要一直呆在加拿大，可能有下次续签问题，申请新冠对下次续签会有影响么？点击展开...那取决于签证官是否对你疫病之后的下一次续签所递交申请的理由认定合理.至少目前,的确是因为疫情蔓延,很多人遇到这种该去哪的问题.如果团聚之类的还没准备好,那就以病情理由申请,最长延期网上随便搜搜有讨论给90～120天的,不排除疫情爆发还有后续的额外延期签证政策这种可能.

You will have to pass certain stages in the main application process before you can be eligible for a work permit.并不是你/你的伴侣递交团聚申请之后就能直接符合申请工签条件
