担保人申请状态消失了，只剩下citizenship的申请状态了。有人遇到过吗？

[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]担保人申请状态消失了，只剩下citizenship的申请状态了。有人遇到过吗？点击展开...我也遇到了。我是五月头上才邮寄的补料。有那么些日子没上CIC看状态，今天查了一下，显示WE'RE NOT ABLE TO IDENFITY YOU USING THE INOFRAMTION YOU PROVIDED. 打电话给CIC，也没问出什么，只回答YOUR FILE IS STILL THERE. 等于没说。再问补料收到木有，对方说没办法查到，
