Received email to request mail parent's passports, I just mailed my dad's to Shanghai, then my mom can mail hers together to Beijing.But My dad is in Vancouver and I applied online to renew his visa and still waiting, what happen if his renewing is rejected, but he has no passport , can he still stay in Vancouver?
