回复: 5000名额是以收到的日期还是寄出的日期为准排序CIC做不到精确控制收件顺序，我觉得到时候拿到谁的就是谁的了，只能以“资料录入电脑”的顺序来排，这个可能方式唯一CIC可以做的排序方式，在一大筐资料里随手拿一份开始审核和录入，有些随机成分在里面的

大多数同胞逻辑不是一般的差，与其讲道理完全提不起兴趣，只能无视回复: 5000名额是以收到的日期还是寄出的日期为准排序They count based on a completed application. If the application is uncompleted, it won't count. This is what CIC said.

回复: 5000名额是以收到的日期还是寄出的日期为准排序是否每一天接收到的都放在一起，然后录入系统的时候先拿到谁的就是排在前面，这样的话，就以天为单位来排序

A big mailroom team could has more than10 staffs.

Melting ICEEverything's gonna be OK !请给出官方的说法吧点击展开...首先，很关键的，5000个是头5000个符合标准的，而不是头5000个寄出或者收到的其次，如果非要比较，当然是按照收到的时间为准

回复: 5000名额是以收到的日期还是寄出的日期为准排序我也审批公司的文件。每收到一份申请，我们都记录到我们的log里面，收件时间详细到年月日，几点几分。当我们审批时，99%根据这个log，按先后顺序审批。
