我在checklist上没看到，但是纳闷儿为啥父母团聚移民审批时不需要未刑公证呢？难道说儿女没犯罪就保证父母没犯过么？还是我看漏掉了？

bluenblue 说:一开始申请时,还是通知补材料时交无犯罪记录?看前面坛子里的好象是补材料时.不知道是不是这样?点击展开...分两步，第一步审批sponsorship，这步不需要无犯罪证明；第二步是移民申请的正式处理，这步需要无犯罪证明。旧政策和新政策不一样，旧政策在第二步递交申请的时候“建议”提交无犯罪证明，可以以后CIC通知的时候再交也可以；新政策是要在第二步递交申请的时候“必须”提交无犯罪证明。
