我在checklist上没看到,但是纳闷儿为啥父母团聚移民审批时不需要未刑公证呢?难道说儿女没犯罪就保证父母没犯过么?还是我看漏掉了?

CIC给的信上有,checklist上没有。我相信你把信仔细读N遍(N为自然数,大于等于5)后,自然会有结果。你可以现在提交,也可以收到通知后提交。哈哈。

They must obtain an original police certificate from each country or territory where they have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18. It is their responsibility to contact the police or relevant authorities and in many countries this process takes time. bluenblue 说:一开始申请时,还是通知补材料时交无犯罪记录?看前面坛子里的好象是补材料时.不知道是不是这样?点击展开...分两步,第一步审批sponsorship,这步不需要无犯罪证明;第二步是移民申请的正式处理,这步需要无犯罪证明。旧政策和新政策不一样,旧政策在第二步递交申请的时候“建议”提交无犯罪证明,可以以后CIC通知的时候再交也可以;新政策是要在第二步递交申请的时候“必须”提交无犯罪证明。
