Anyway, just checked the price and delivery time for courier service in China, Fedex and UPS: ~330 RMB, but will take a couple days (if picked up on Jan 1 or 2, estimated delivery date will be Jan 6). The services are: UPS Express Saver and FedEx International Priority®

Just called CIC this morning to confirm so.Signature in e-copy can be used for online application only, however PGP doesn't provide any online application at this stage.Hope it clear.

It's in Canada, everything must be processed legally unless you intend to take the risk of being loss your right on your case, or you have the reasonable answers for their possible questions. My parents are in China now. I can't find a proper reason to explain how I can get my parents' original signatures on the same day when forms published.... Or maybe you a better idea for this question?

It's in Canada, everything must be processed legally unless you intend to take the risk of being loss your right on your case, or you have the reasonable answers for their possible questions.
