You can appeal, but you need strong support points to convince CIC to believe you have enough income after your parents arrived. 人道 is one way to go.

Is there a right of appeal?In the event you do not meet the sponsorship requirements, there are two possible scenarios:Scenario 1If you checked the box to "Withdraw your application" on the IMM 1344 in case you do not meet sponsorship requirements, then no further processing will occur and all the fees will be refunded except for the $75 sponsorship fee. You will have no right of appeal.Scenario 2If you checked the box to "Proceed with the application for permanent residence" on the IMM 1344 in case you do not meet sponsorship requirements, then the application of the person being sponsored will be processed at the Canadian visa office.
