看来很多人都遇到这种情况。其实这会不会是哈珀政府的竞选策略？就是在大选前故意做出一大批DM，实际上是批出签证还是拒签，无人知晓。这就让众多苦苦等待的申请者看到了希望，于是选择原谅多年来刁难父母移民的哈珀政府，在大选的时候投他们一票。结果哈珀选上之后，这种休止的等待还在继续。
