收到的email说：Please send us scanned versions of the requested documents. Please do not submit originals, unless otherwise stated, as documents submitted will not be returned.也就是说，除非声明要原件，不然都是扫描件。但是无犯罪公证那里是写：Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from China 这里是说要原件，但信里又没说要寄到哪里。我知道我们是在渥太华处理的，但也没有具体地址啊。大家是怎么处理的？

Email和官网都在Police certificate这一项上特别注明是original，也不知道是谁没有看清邮件。我本意只是探讨，动不动就说别人语体教，是不是无礼了一点？说不好我还是看得最仔细的一个。按照文字意思，无犯罪公证是要寄原件的。但如果有工作人员说复印件也行，那就是他们自己规定也不统一。总之我两样都寄了，原件和扫描件。
