Below is the full status:Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Review of medical results: You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes. Review of additional documents: Not applicable. HelpInterview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes. Background check: Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check. Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.As there's no time stamp shown, i have no idea when the status was changed. It also shows Final decision, does it mean the application has been rejected?

你的担保资格通过转local office吗？如果已经转hk or ottawa, 下一步是等通知体检或补料。目前你还没有到体检这一步。
